Regional e-Commerce Merchandiser
While taking a role of Regional e-Commerce Merchandiser, you would be a part of Region East Europe, which is one of the 10 regions within the H&M Group and has its headquarters in Warsaw, Poland. The Region portfolio consists of more than 500 stores across 20 countries divided into 2 Sales markets – Sales Market Poland and Sales Market Greece. About the Role
In this role you will:
Drive and set the regional omni commercial and customer agenda together with Customer Activation and your designated Customer Category, based on the global plan.
Be accountable for omni strategies and targets and driving total omni strategy development. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Lead the product strategy for your designated customer category – all the way from buying & sourcing to allocation and enabling profitable selling.
Work closely together with sales market commercial leads to secure regional strategies in daily operations
Specifically, those will be your focus areas in the Regional e-Commerce Merchandiser role:
Maximize profitable net sales and customer base for your region – short and long term.
Know your customers – manage, set and execute the regional commercial plan to give the customers what they want and sell our products and assortment in best possible way
Assortment and stock management from a planning, buying and executional perspective

Additionally, we see that you have:
2.5+ years of e-commerce experience, OMNI retail knowledge
Product category management experience.
Planning, buying, stock- and product lifecycle-management experience.
Sales driven and have a strong commercial awareness, salesmanship for day-to-day optimization of site and product performance.
Deep understanding of products, stock- and product lifecycle-management.
Strong in driving results and constantly improving ways of working
Analytical to follow up and estimate performance. Strong interest in data. Previous experience within web analytics using Google analytics or similar is meriting.
Strong communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken
Very good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
Flexibility and adaptable to change, a strategic mind
