1. lead Advance Product Developments in line with the Technology Roadmap
1.1 Benchmarking of new technologies
1.2Support the execution of development tasks and concept development in accordance with the innovation project process from concept development until development for serial application

1.4 Create and apply Patent for the new technology.
2. Problem Solving support
2.1 Problem solving of new product implementations in launch phase.
2.2 VAVE-Support Vave idea generation for allegro system.
3. New business Development
3.1 Support Marketing team to promote new product to market.
3.2 Support TPL to Prepare Technical profile for detail Allegro part description in necessary.
3.3 create CAD model with NX / Catia when needed for sample build.
- More than 5 years’ experience in new product development
- Language: English (CET 6 ) & fluent Chinese skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechatronic engineering or a comparable education.
- Good communication skills - Presentations (this can be developed over the grad scheme).
- Good planning skills (to be able to co-ordinate actions with suppliers and other departments).
- Experiences in automotive industry and dealing with customer projects preferred
- Air compressor / Air blower development experience preferred.
