Callnovo is a Professional Contact Center with 18 years experience in this industry. We have clients all of the world. We are seeking 2 highly motivated Czech & English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our eCommerce seller.

Key Responsibilities:

-- Responding to customer inquiries via inbound/outbound phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and/or Viber.
-- Handling correspondence from customers requesting product information, payment options, checkout support, shipment information, and inventory information.
-- Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
-- Ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations.
-- Escalating customer issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
-- Updating and maintaining customer records in our CRM system.
-- Monitoring and tracking customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and improve our services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-- Fluent in both Czech and English languages (written and spoken).
-- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or other relevant role.
-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
-- Strong problem-solving skills.
-- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have:

-- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
-- Experience in eCommerce or online retail is an added advantage.
-- Sales experience is also preferred

Working Shift:

Our client want to cover 9 am to 9 pm Czech Republic Time Monday to Sunday, so we wish our agents can accept turn shifts. Each agents request to work 12 hours per day, max 4 days per week ( one day work and the next day off )

Benefit:

-- Hourly rate: US$8.0 to US$10.0 per hour with a daily paid 60 minutes break time
-- At least 3 days off per week
-- Work from home
