Responsibilities:

  • To handle the set-up of daily reservations and check in/out guests
  • To ensure guest satisfaction, anticipate and respond to request promptly
  • Responsible for the delivery of service of throughout in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Ability to perform the duties of night audit
  • Assist in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservation.

Requirements

  • Candidate possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English. Able to speak foreign language is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to perform shift works.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Applicant MUST be a Malaysian citizen
  • Applicant MUST be willing to work at Puteri Harbour

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: From RM1,800.00 per month
