Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a VP, Retail.

As the VP, Retail – Savage X Fenty, you will be responsible for planning, management, and execution of Savage X Fenty’s retail business. The VP, Retail will build, launch, and maintain a high performing retail sales operation that meets or exceeds sales goals. We are looking for a highly innovative VP of Retail to develop and scale our retail experience to drive customer acquisition opportunities while continuing to enhance acquisition and maintain our robust existing customer base.
Responsibilities:
  • Optimize current store fleet performance.
  • Lead the roll out of the brands store fleet including all real estate initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop, retail best in class talent.
  • Develop training and development protocol and standardize field operations, including leveraging available technology.
  • Collaboration with HQ team to optimize store assortments and exceed customer expectation.
  • Drive strategy for Savage x Fenty retail in partnership with Savage x Fenty leadership team
  • Develop, launch and oversee the roll out of the brand’s retail stores.
  • Own the execution of real estate initiatives including store opening, expansion, relocation and closing processes.
  • Act as primary liaison between HQ departments and stores to ensure that all information is cascaded in a timely, consistent, and brand-centric manner.
  • Achieve sales, profit & acquisition objectives. Monitor sales analytics and extract knowledge from the data.
  • Drive the development of effective retail training to support Savage X Fenty’s products, services, operations, and community across all stores.
  • Mentor, develop and lead the Retail team by defining team strategy and project plans to execute initiatives.
  • Align with HR & Retail Operations team to support training tools and new hire on-boarding process to enhance customer experience and increase store productivity.
  • Regularly collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and People Team to ensure product, service, and people are meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Required Skills:
  • 15+ years of retail and operational experience, specifically in retail field operations, workforce management and communications.
  • A proven ability to define and inspire others to achieve corporate objectives and strategies.
  • Track record of establishing & fostering positive & productive work relationships. Ability & willingness to give & receive honest, balanced feedback. Demonstrates competence & character that generates & inspires trust.
  • Travel to store locations nationwide for openings, special events, store visits, training, new location scouting and whenever necessary to achieve goals. Approximately 75% of the time
  • A dynamic team leader and inspiring communicator.
  • Proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining high caliber talent.
  • Experience in intimates preferred, apparel required.
  • Experience in leading a minimum of 50 stores.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $178,300-236,500. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
