Station Supervisor-Ecom Supervisor [Philippines]


 

Overview:

The Station Supervisor will be overseeing the overall operations of the SF Service Station and ensure that the service station runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations Manager in operational requirement of the company
  • Manage the day-to-day operations the SF Service Station from inventory, asset management, office administration and financial-handling protocols
  • Manage courier and dispatch activities
  • Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
  • Tracking the progress of shipments
  • Oversee the transition of parcels from pick up to customer deliveries on-time, in-full and in good condition
  • Recommend options and plans for logistical activities
  • Investigate failures, identify and understand root causes as well as drive continues improvement
  • Work closely with Client Support Service team
  • Other duties that may be assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience as logistics supervisor or similar role
  • Understands the ecom industry
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • KPI Conscious
  • Quick to act
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Computer literate
  • Flexibility: They must be willing to and able to work flexible hours.
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
  • College diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
