Overview:
The Station Supervisor will be overseeing the overall operations of the SF Service Station and ensure that the service station runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations Manager in operational requirement of the company
- Manage the day-to-day operations the SF Service Station from inventory, asset management, office administration and financial-handling protocols
- Manage courier and dispatch activities
- Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
- Tracking the progress of shipments
- Oversee the transition of parcels from pick up to customer deliveries on-time, in-full and in good condition
- Recommend options and plans for logistical activities
- Investigate failures, identify and understand root causes as well as drive continues improvement
- Work closely with Client Support Service team
- Other duties that may be assigned

Requirements
- Proven experience as logistics supervisor or similar role
- Understands the ecom industry
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- KPI Conscious
- Quick to act
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Computer literate
- Flexibility: They must be willing to and able to work flexible hours.
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
- College diploma
