Administrative Assistant [Ireland]


 

We currently have a requirement for a Administrative Assistant based in County Limerick. Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be required to provide on-site support.

Key Roles :

  • Maintaining efficient filing systems and keeping all site records updated
  • Manage all internal documentation within the company
  • Co-Ordinate Site Training etc and scheduling of training courses
  • Produce and issue regular reporting within the company
  • Assist Operations, HR, Accounts & Payroll Departments with any administration matters
  • Manage incoming queries and have the ability to liaise with client & supplier administration queries
  • Other adhoc duties as they arise

Key Requirements :

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Be highly diligent and organised
  • Excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Skilled in the use of modern work technologies
  • Previous experience in an office administrative role, ideally supporting a professional team, would be an advantage

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: €12.00-€14.00 per hour
