To apply/renew visas for international students, and to follow up with all necessary procedures. To cooperate with the government agencies such as Immigration as well as the private agency. To organise and manage the international students' personal files. To monitor the number of international students enrolment and ensure that all the necessities are met. To assist with appropriate international student information and welfare services available. To keep track and monitor the attendance of the international students per quarter semester. To monitor and guide the International Students Association. To organise, monitor and engage with the Almacrest Alumni Association (AAA) for any College activities (when necessary). To assist with managing and placing students in the student accommodation. Communicate pertinent information to students and College premises. To develop, implement and administer all student indoor and outdoor activities. To coordinate activities including Student Mentor Programmes and Student Development Programmes together with the preparation of budget and activity reports. To review and authorise facility requests of campus; determine security, health and safety, insurance and permit requirements for facilities usage. To develop recordkeeping procedures and manage appropriate department records in accordance with regulations, policies and standards. To participate in policy and programme decision making for the department and division. To assume on-call coordinator responsibilities on an equal rotation basis. To respond to critical/emergency situations. Assure adequate duty coverage for the area.
