Our client is currently replacing current ITSM software
We are looking for a hands-on business analyst to make the implementation of this tooling a success.
You will perform the following activities, among others:
- Creation of documentation
- Preparation of training material
- Giving training to various users (end users and ICT staff)
- Preparing and supervising user acceptance testing, ...
You will work closely with the product owner (= internal business analyst responsible for the ICT processes), various process specialists, the internal ICT team and the external supplier responsible for construction and users.
- Experience as a business analyst in a similar environment - medior 3 years
- Experience with business process development and optimization (BPM)
- Experience with Stakeholder Management
- Experience in a similar business context (number of users > 5000)
The ITSM tooling is deployed for the following ITIL processes: incident mgt, problem mgt, request mgt, knowledge mgt, change&release mgt, demand mgt and configuration mgt
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent contract, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Salary: €1,691.40 - €4,016.18 per month
